The Unique Qualities of Our Products Top    

All Patch Quilts products are manufactured to strictest standards of quality materials and workmanship in our affiliated manufacturing facilities in India. Our manufacturing facilities employ thousands of the finest artisans and crafts people in India and make product exclusively for Patch Quilts. By very nature, a handcrafted product may have minor variations in a variety of features such as stitching, size, and color. These variations do not affect the beauty or usability the product. It is this handcrafted quality that gives the products their subtle distinctive character and is a source of delight to each user of the product.
Patch Quilts management tours these factories for quality control.

All Quilt products are 100% Cotton, hand quilted/stitched and machine washable(Use the wash instructions). Our rugs are 100% Wool, hand hooked. Vacuum is recommended for cleaning rugs, and spot clean for stains.

Payment Methods Top    

All customers remain on "pre-pay" and "credit card" status unless terms are approved.

All terms are approved, with credit card on file to avoid the exceptions.

The invoice for orders will be sent to customers either by fax or email or by mail up on customer request. All orders invoiced other than approved terms are considered due immediately. Patch Quilts is authorized to charge the credit card on file after the due date with or without notice or if the collection calls are not returned.

1. Email a signed authorization to info@patchquilts.us for initial orders only. The form is on www.patchquilts.us. Download
2. We process a sale only when your order is filled and prepared for shipping.
3. Minimum initial order is $350.00. Subsequent orders under $350.00 must be placed through the websites.

  Payment by Check or Money Order
1. Business or personal checks must be received ten days before product can be shipped. NSF checks subject to a $35 service charge.
2. Cashier's Checks or Money Orders are accepted and product is shipped upon receipt.
3. Wire transfers accepted. Call customer service.
4. COD's not accepted.
5. Make checks payable to "Patch Quilts ".
6. Minimum initial order is $500.00. Reorders under $250.00 must be placed through the websites and there is a 10% service charge for reorders under $150.00


Shipping, Handling and Restocking Top    

We send shipments using UPS. Shipping charges are based on weight with a minimum of $5.00. For prepaid orders, freight will be calculated at 10% of the order. We ship within 24-36 hours for all items in inventory.

A $4.00 handling fee is added to each order.

There is a 25% ($25 minimum) restocking fee for anything other than damaged items.
Pick Tickets, Invoices, and Back Orders

A pick ticket is included in the lead box of each shipment. An invoice will be e-mailed / faxed showing exactly what was charged to your account and we would appreciate if you reconfirm your account details which we will maintain in our records. You are only charged for items that are shipped.

Orders for items not shipped remain open and will be shipped, as the product becomes available, unless cancelled by the customer or Patch Quilts.

Return Policy & Cancellation Top    

Patch Quilts' return Policy is designed to fairly protect our customers while still respecting the unique qualities of our handcrafted products. By their very nature, our handcrafted products contain variations one from another. These variations are not a basis for return of the product. For example, small stains that can be removed by the customer or loose threads are not a basis for return of the product. On rare occasions you may encounter an item with significant damage that results from mishandling or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please contact us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt and also fax us a copy of invoice for the same so that the processing can be more faster.

    We cannot accept merchandise for exchange after 30 (thirty) days and we cannot accept any items that have been washed. Please see Washing Instructions below.

   Please contact your Customer Service Representative for a Return Material Authorization # (RMA#). Any returns without an RMA# will be refused. Upon receipt of the return item, our Returns Department Supervisor will inspect and, if legitimate defects are found, the item will be replaced and incoming freight credited to your account. If the Returns Department Supervisor denies the claim, the items will be returned to you at your expense. The decision of the Returns Department Supervisor is final.

  There are no cash refunds.

All returns will be replaced with merchandise.

Pricing and Product Availability Top    

  All prices are subject to change without notice, but not after the order is accepted. Products pictured in our catalogs and web sites are designs that are available now or in the future. Due to the vast variety of designs and products it is not possible to keep all designs and all items in stock at all times. Always call your customer service representative for a stock status and expected availability.

Special Order Items

  Eventhough we produce most of our products in a style we deliver some of them only on special orders based on following conditions.
  1.) The item should be placed with minimum order quantity.
  2.) The delivery date of the item will be 120 Days from the day we receive the order.
  3.) Once the order has been confirmed the order cannot be cancelled later.



Washing Instructions

Each Patch Quilts product is made from the finest quality fabric available to us.   Over many years we have rigorously tested the best way to care for and clean our products. Based on our experience, we are extremely confident that if the care and use instructions attached to each product are carefully followed, you will be able to enjoy your Patch Quilts product for many years.
